I was delighted to learn that Pam has been named the Most Effective Legislator in Olympia in Washington state. Out of 147 legislators that is a great honor.

The designation came as the result of an empirical study done by the nationally acclaimed Sunlight Foundation and was published in The Washington Post (6/13/2014).

The study was conducted in each of the states and assessed the track record of getting bills passed, how often a legislators peers signed onto their bills, and relative effectiveness in working with others. Please click here if you would like to view the interactive study on-line.
